18-Month Limited Warranty
Feirui Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. warrants its products to the original customer to be free from structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications. Our warranty covers various components for 18 months, ensuring that your investment remains protected.

Exclusive Remedy
To make a valid claim under the terms of this warranty, please provide a written statement of the defect, along with the original invoice, maintenance records, and any requested pictures or videos. We will repair or replace any defective parts within 60-90 days of receiving the notification, ensuring minimal disruption to your business.
